Il B&B Home Maletto si trova nel cuore del Centro Storico di Palermo  a pochi passi a piedi dai principali monumenti e luoghi d'interesse storico ed artistico.

Comoda casa vacanze posta al secondo  piano di un palazzo di origine medievale. 

La casa vacanze è formata da due belle camere da letto matrimoniali confortevoli e  indipendenti, da un soggiorno comune con  poltrone e e zona per il caffè . Ogni camera matrimoniale ha il proprio bagno ad uso esclusivo . Le due camere da letto hanno una la zona notte e la zona giorno con un comodo divano letto a due piazze  per un totale di quattro posti letto, l’altra oltre la camera da letto matrimoniale ha anche una seconda camera più piccola con due letti singoli.

Entrambe le camere sono climatizzate ,  confortevoli e arredate con mobili nuovi. 

L'appartamento è stato restaurato nel 2016,  all'intero edificio nel 2010.

L'appartamento si trova in Via Maletto a 50 metri dalla bellissima Piazza San Francesco Di Assisi dove si trova l’omonima chiesa gotica, nel cuore  di tutti gli interessi turistici-culturali e dalle vie piu' famose per lo shopping, nonche' vicino al famoso Teatro Massimo e al caratteristico mercato di Ballaro'.

La Stazione Centrale Ferroviaria è distante 800 mt., dove è possibile prendere pullman e treni per visitare Cefalu', Monreale, Mondello e tutte le localita' turistiche piu' importanti vicino Palermo.

L'appartamento è dotato di Internet Wi-Fi, può ospitare fino a sette persone .

Consumi utenze, Internet Wi-Fi, lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno inclusi nel prezzo di affitto.

L’appartamento è distante solo cinque minuti a piedi  dalla Stazione Ferroviaria Centrale, in una zona ben servita da autobus e taxi, provvista di collegamenti per aeroporto e spiaggia di Mondello, e a breve distanza dal porto.

The house is formed by two A beautiful double bedrooms comfortable and independent, from a common living room with armchairs and and area for coffee. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for exclusive use. The two bedrooms have a sleeping area and living area with a comfortable sofa bed for one and a half hours for a total of three beds, the other over the master bedroom also has a second smaller bedroom with two single beds.

Both rooms are air conditioned, comfortable and furnished with new furniture.

The apartment was renovated in 2016, the entire building in 2010.

The apartment is located in Via Maletto 50 meters from the beautiful Piazza San Francesco Di Assisi where the eponymous Gothic church in the heart of all the tourist and cultural interests and the most 'famous for shopping as well as' close to famous Teatro Massimo and the quaint market Ballaro '.

The Central Railway Station is distant 800 mt., Where you can catch buses and trains to visit Cefalu ', Monreale, Mondello and all resorts' tourism more' important near Palermo.
